The Centre for Family Equity takes a community capacity building approach to all we do, and training is at the core of our organization. We provide our members with opportunities to enhance transferable skills as leaders and change-makers carrying out community organizing and advocacy in their diverse communities.

The Centre for Family Equity is also dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment for members, staff, board members, volunteers, contractors and the individuals and families we aim to serve through our work. To further our commitment to these principles, we are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design and deliver a series of anti-racism training workshops to low-income parents and caregivers within our membership and from the public at large. We are grateful to the Ministry of the Attorney General for the financial support to develop trainings designed to specifically meet the unique needs of the CFE and those we serve and engage.
