Who can join the CFE Network?

Parents & Caregivers

CFE Network membership is open to all parents and caregivers of all genders and gender identities living anywhere in BC with past and/or current experience of poverty and socioeconomic inequality. We welcome you to our diverse community of parents and caregivers working together towards justice and economic security for families in BC. We value all levels of engagement and interest, and we have two network options: voting and non-voting members.

Youth - New Youth Membership Option now Open!

CFE has happily rolled out a new membership program for youth. If you are 13-18 and you wish to get involved in our projects and campaigns please fill in the youth membership form to join us. We will be in touch about specific roles and opportunities for youth - there are many!

If you are aged 13 to 18 and you wish to join as a youth member please sign up here.

What info do we gather?

We collect your name, your email address, and your general location in BC for ongoing contact and engagement purposes when you join the CFE Network as a voting or non-voting member. We also ask if you are a lone-income or a dual-income partnered household to best determine engagement opportunities for you at the CFE.

Our shared CFE beliefs and values

The Centre for Family Equity is guided by a useful tool called our Basis of Unity. The Basis of Unity explains our shared beliefs and guides our words and our actions as we work together at the organization within a very diverse communityWe ask that you read through our Basis of Unity to ensure membership is right for you.
