In February 2024, the Centre for Family Equity, the Ministry of the Attorney General, and Legal Aid BC announced a multidisciplinary intensive family law clinic model for people experiencing family violence. We thank our members who trusted us with their personal, traumatic, and in some cases, on-going experiences of navigating the legal aid system.
Thank you to our outreach partners through out the province who supported the speedy engagement process.
We will continue to monitor the implementation of the new clinic model and engage our members about their experiences.
